1. Agreement
By purchasing from KunAds (operated by MB Kunis), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase.
2. Product Description
KunAds sells digital Canva ad template packs. Upon purchase you receive access to a set of Canva template links organised by ad format and conversion tier. All templates are delivered digitally — there is no physical product.
3. License
When you purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to:
- Use the templates for your own business advertising
- Edit and customise templates for your own campaigns
- Use templates for client work if you are a marketing professional
You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the templates as your own product
- Share access links publicly or with third parties outside your team
- Claim the templates as your original creative work for resale
4. Payment
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in USD. MB Kunis does not store payment card information.
5. Delivery
Access to templates is delivered immediately after successful payment via a confirmation page. If you experience any issues, contact contact@kunads.ai.
6. Refunds

7. Intellectual Property
All template designs, copy, and structural frameworks within the KunAds pack are the property of MB Kunis. Purchasing grants a license to use, not ownership of the underlying assets.
8. Disclaimer
Results from using these templates depend on many factors including your product, offer, targeting, and ad spend. MB Kunis makes no guarantee of specific advertising results or revenue outcomes.
9. Limitation of Liability
MB Kunis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our templates. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lithuania.
