We stand behind our product. If you purchase KunAds templates and aren't satisfied for any reason within 14 days of your purchase, simply email us and we will issue a full refund.
How to Request a Refund

- Include your order confirmation email or Stripe receipt
- We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days

To be eligible for a refund:

- You must provide proof of purchase (email receipt or order ID)
We do not require you to explain why you want a refund — we trust our customers.
Digital Product Notice
Because our products are delivered digitally (via Canva links), we cannot "take back" access in the traditional sense. Our refund policy is based on trust — we offer it because we're confident in the quality of what we sell.
